We at Trimurti Polychem Pvt Ltd are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professional to lead and manage our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Handle and coordinate audits and certifications, including:
- SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange)
- ISO Standards
- FSSC (Food Safety System Certification)
- BRC (British Retail Consortium)
- Ensure social compliance standards are maintained across the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture
- Oversee statutory compliance and labor law requirements
- Collaborate with management and plant teams to address HR and operational needs
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or production environments
- Strong experience in handling external audits and compliance frameworks such as SEDEX, ISO, FSSC, and BRC
- Good understanding of social compliance norms and labor regulations
- Basic knowledge and exposure to production plant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry
- Strong documentation and audit preparation skills
- Ability to engage with cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
