Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to shape public perception and maintain a positive brand reputation.
2. Monitor and actively manage online reviews, ratings, and customer feedback across platforms.
3. Encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews and testimonials.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to negative feedback, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
5. Draft well-structured responses, provide solutions, and take corrective actions to safeguard brand image.
6. Lead reputation management efforts during crises or reputation-damaging incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
7. Protect and strengthen brand identity by maintaining consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, PR) to align messaging and reputation strategies.
9. Track, analyze, and report on brand sentiment and online reputation metrics to drive
improvements.
