About the Role
We are looking for a Fashion Consultant cum Merchandiser who can provide outstanding styling advice while ensuring effective merchandise planning and presentation.
The ideal candidate should have excellent fashion sense, retail experience, and strong customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting apparel and accessories.
- Offer personalized styling recommendations.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist in merchandise planning and display.
- Ensure proper product presentation and store aesthetics.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends.
- Support sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in inventory audits and stock management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Fashion, Retail, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in premium apparel retail.
- Strong knowledge of men’s ethnic and western fashion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good visual merchandising abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
