We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using various welding techniques. You will work from blueprints and technical drawings to create high-quality, durable structures and components.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Joining: Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols to plan layouts.
- Welding: Perform high-quality welds using various processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core depending on your shop's needs).
- Preparation: Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, or grind component parts into position before welding.
- Quality Control: Inspect welded joints for defects, cracks, or flaws; ensure all finished products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Maintenance: Maintain and safely operate welding equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
