Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with field sales teams across Odisha and other states to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Monitor sales activities and performance to help achieve business targets.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Track sales reports, follow up on pending actions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure sales-related resources, equipment, and systems are functioning efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication between field teams and the head office.
- Support CRM updates, reporting, and sales documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Commerce graduates with knowledge of Tally will have an added advantage.
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 2 years of sales coordination, sales support, or sales operations experience with CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in marketing or FMCG sales is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
