Job Summary
A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage site manpower, equipment, and material usage.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays.
- Conduct site meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and security of the worksite.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
