Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries professionally, resolve technical issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also involves providing timely responses to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, escalating problems when necessary, and gathering customer feedback to help improve services and processes.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
- Analytical Skills to quickly assess and solve customer problems with logical solutions
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Prior experience in customer or technical support roles is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant customer support tools and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
