Brief Job description:
- Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling, outbound calling, and strong relationship building.
- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Onboard new channel partners to expand the brand presence of Kadam and Pollie in the offline consumer market.
- Track, analyze, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales and marketing strategies remain aligned with market trends.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production) and external partners (transport, courier services) to maintain smooth sales and distribution operations.
Skills and Tools:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound calling, with the industry background of Retail, E-commerce, and FMCG sector.
- Understanding of sales techniques and processes to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Proficiency in various lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Proficiency in presenting and pitching products or services to potential clients
