A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by delivering high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Promotions Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.
