About the role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent for various positions within the organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities : Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities. Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires. Be proficient in Excel for data tracking and analysis Generate and analyse recruitment reports.
Requirements :Minimum 3 Years of recruiting experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools. Preferred master's degree in HR or related field. Proficient in Excel for data management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
