Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a smart and customer-oriented Billing & Sales Executive to manage billing operations while delivering an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer interaction, product sales, and maintaining accurate billing records.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and billing accurately using the billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Verify prices, discounts, and promotional offers before billing.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
- Maintain billing records and support basic accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily reconciliation.
Sales Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifts, hampers, handicrafts, and lifestyle products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media when required.
- Coordinate with the packing and delivery team for customer orders.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and organized.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and customer-friendly showroom.
Additional Responsibilities
- During festive seasons and peak business periods, be willing to work additional hours or weekends when required.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to every customer.
- Maintain professional grooming, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Support showroom operations and other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Plus Two (Higher Secondary) with relevant experience.
- Experience in billing, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong sales, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Honest, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
