- Recruitment Support: Posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee files, updating HR databases and HRIS systems with accurate information.
- Employee Relations: Supporting the HR team in organizing employee events, addressing queries, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- HR Documentation: Assisting in drafting, editing, and organizing HR documents, policies, and reports.
