Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: o Research and identify potential clients within the Fire Protection & Building Materials Industry, including architects, builders, interior designers, corporates, distributors. o Qualify inbound and outbound leads through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and industry events. o Conduct cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
2. Sales & Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth. o Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver product presentations and proposals. o Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals. o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring timely product delivery.
3. Market Research & Analysis: o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments in the Fire protection o sector, particularly related to mounting systems. o Provide insights and feedback from clients and the market to the product development team for continuous improvement. o Assist in the development of market entry strategies for new regions or product offerings.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: o Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations, and product literature. o Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and after-sales support. o Provide input on sales strategies, forecasts, and customer needs to assist in business planning.
5. Sales Reporting & Documentation: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system o Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Networking & Industry Presence: o Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events relevant to the industry to build relationships and promote the company’s solutions. o Represent the company at industry forums and webinars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
