Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, client coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal departments, and the sales team while maintaining accurate records and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales records.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and sales-related documents.
- Track sales orders, payment follow-ups, and delivery status.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and performance reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Handle email communication and documentation related to sales activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Support management in preparing presentations and business reports.
Customer Coordination:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide required information promptly.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, payments, and feedback.
- Ensure proper coordination between clients and service delivery teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operational Support:
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices and payment status.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Support CRM updates and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Good documentation and email drafting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Additional certification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Client Coordination.
- Experience in IT/Software/E-commerce industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
