Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Officer – Construction Equipment
Location: Ainthapali, Sambalpur (Western Odisha)
Experience: 2–6 Years
Education: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate (Mechanical, Automobile, Civil or any relevant discipline)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of construction equipment and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote products such as Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders (SSL), Excavators, and other construction equipment.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Identify project opportunities, contractors, infrastructure companies, and industrial customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the service and spare parts teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in construction equipment brands such as Bobcat, Kobelco, JCB, Hyundai, or other leading construction equipment manufacturers will be preferred.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in field sales of construction equipment.
- Strong product knowledge of Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders (SSL), Excavators, and related machinery.
- Target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across Western Odisha.
