- IT Support Engineer Job Description
- We are looking for a competent IT Support Helpdesk Engineer to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. He/She will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult employees.
- Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. IT procurement research & analysis.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Testing new technology, Writing training manuals. Software testing skills.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
- Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Improves employee references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Managing corporate websites, modification & testing.
- Requirements and skills
- IT Hardware Certified preffered... Freshers are also WELCOME....
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer / employee support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control. Good in Excel & willing to learn & manage IT documentations.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Having knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, WordPress & software testing tools will be advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
