Job Description
We are hiring a Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in installing and maintaining rooftop solar systems. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Responsibilities
Install rooftop solar PV systems at residential and commercial sites.
Mount solar panels, inverters, and related electrical equipment.
Perform wiring, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repair work.
Ensure installations comply with safety standards and company guidelines.
Visit customer locations for installation and service.
Maintain installation and service reports.
Coordinate with the technical team for project completion.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, and electrical safety.
Basic understanding of electrical drawings and tools.
Own bike is mandatory for field visits.
Valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel within Indore and nearby areas.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
