Job Summary
Tarini Edifice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Managers to expand our client base and drive sales of our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and conduct product/service presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales activity reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, ERP, websites, mobile applications, and digital services.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or MBA.
- 2–5 years of Business Development/Sales experience in the IT industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
