As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the first voice of Finesse—creating powerful first impressions, initiating meaningful conversations, and identifying opportunities across SMEs and Corporates.
Think of yourself as the spark before the strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (SMEs & Corporates) to introduce Finesse offerings
- Generate qualified leads for Business Consulting, Recruitment, Training, and Coaching services
- Understand client needs and position relevant solutions (solution selling approach)
- Fix meetings for the consulting team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build a strong pipeline through persistence and smart follow-ups
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confidence on calls and ability to engage decision-makers
- High energy, enthusiasm, and fire to perform
- Learning agility — ability to quickly grasp services and adapt pitch
- Basic comfort with MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Good to Have
- Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead generation
- Exposure to B2B selling
- Digital skills (LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, email drafting)
