About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, presenting SaaS solutions, and driving conversions in the global market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound and inbound sales channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain SaaS solutions to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Perform cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the SaaS sales domain.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B sales or software sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling international markets will be an added advantage.
