Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
