Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize engagement activities and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
Performance Management & Training:
- Support performance appraisal processes and assist in providing constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
HR Policies & Documentation:
- Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies as per industry standards.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
Event Organization & Planning:
- Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Ensure seamless execution of events to boost employee engagement and company morale.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Be the First Point of Contact for all Admin-related Queries. Ensure the Relevant Admin Database is Accurate and Up to Date. Administration Activities like Office Maintenance.
- Looking After Day to Day Office Activities.
- Purchase of Products for Office - Getting Quotes and Closing the Deal, monitoring Inventory of Office Supplies and the Purchasing of New Material with Attention to Budgetary Constraints.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
