We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, manage the team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily store operations. Lead, motivate, and manage the store team. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets. Manage stock, inventory, and product availability. Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays. Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily financial transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards. Minimize stock loss and ensure proper inventory control. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other departments when required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Store Manager or in retail management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and merchandising. Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and computer applications.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
