We are looking for a hands-on Dummy Maker / Sample Maker with experience in developing physical samples of POP/POSM products such as Standees, Table-top Dispensers, Counter Displays, Floor Displays, Acrylic Displays, Product Displays, etc.
The candidate should have strong fabrication skills and the ability to develop samples from an actual production point of view, ensuring that the approved dummy can be practically manufactured in bulk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop physical samples using Sun board, Sun pack, Acrylic, PVC, Foam Board, etc.
- Convert designs/drawings into production-feasible samples.
- Decide suitable material thickness, construction, joints, folding, bonding and assembly methods.
- Ensure samples are strong, stable, accurate, cost-effective and easy to manufacture in quantity.
- Identify design/construction issues and recommend practical production solutions.
- Optimize sheet/material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper finishing, accuracy and overall appearance of the sample.
- Modify samples as per feedback and production requirements.
- Work closely with Design, Production and other relevant teams during sample development.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in dummy/sample making and fabrication.
- Good knowledge of Sunboard, Sunpack and Acrylic.
- Ability to understand drawings, dimensions and construction details.
- Good knowledge of cutting, pasting, bending, bonding and assembly.
- Strong understanding of production processes and bulk manufacturability.
- Good finishing, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in POP/POSM, display, advertising or retail fabrication preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
