IT Business Analyst – Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Business Analyst to act as a bridge between clients and the development team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring successful project delivery for web and mobile application development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Create wireframes, workflows, and system requirement documents.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and scope management.
- Support QA and UAT activities to ensure requirements are met.
- Track project progress and manage change requests.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience working on software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or mobile application projects.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
