About the Role:
Evergreen Square is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
Explain project features, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Update and maintain customer records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and lead follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Strong lead conversion and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
