Key Responsibilities
Job Location - Keshavpuram, Delhi
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa and chemical industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industry references.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products/services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Hospitality, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in HoReCa, cleaning chemicals.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
