Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Staffing and IT Services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, client acquisition, account management, and driving revenue growth in staffing and service-based engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Staffing and IT Services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and references.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain client database and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT Staffing and Services sales.
- Good understanding of contract, permanent, and C2H staffing models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling domestic or international clients.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry is mandatory.
