Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary
Alternate Fuel Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and promote our CNG conversion solutions and automotive services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective customers and explain CNG conversion products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, fleet owners, dealerships, and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations and follow up with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
