We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in overseas IT sales to drive business growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across global regions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for overseas markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution offerings.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on global IT market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company in international meetings, virtual conferences, and business forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in overseas business development/sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, Cloud, AI, Digital Marketing, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with international clients and different time zones.
- Strong lead generation and account management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
