Job Summary
Mastropay Technologies is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in loan sales. We are seeking candidates currently residing in Ludhiana only who are passionate about sales and capable of achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field sales activities.
- Promote and sell loan products to potential customers.
- Meet daily with prospective clients and build long-term relationships.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, or similar financial products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
