Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and manage multiple brand portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)
- Create engaging content calendars including posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags, and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and account managers to deliver high-quality content
- Handle paid social media campaigns – planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep brands relevant and innovative
- Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social tools
- Prepare monthly reports, insights, and improvement recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Manage online reputation, community engagement, comments, messages, and influencer coordination
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager in an advertising agency or branding environment
- Strong understanding of brand communication, storytelling, and campaign thinking
- Hands-on experience with content planning, execution, and performance marketing
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in *advertising, branding, or creative agencies*
- Understanding of *video-first content*, reels, and short-form storytelling
- Basic knowledge of *SEO, influencer marketing, and performance analytics*
