Quality Control (QC) Executive – Garments

Job Description

Conduct inline and final inspection of garments.
Inspect fabric, stitching, measurements, finishing, and packing quality.
Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Ensure garments meet buyer and company quality standards.
Support continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Textile, Garment, Fashion Technology, or related field.

Experience

0–5 Years in Garment Quality Control.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of fabric types, stitching, and garment construction.
Understanding of AQL inspection standards.
Ability to identify garment defects.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Basic MS Excel and report preparation skills.
