Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. The role covers calendar management, follow-up tracking, team coordination, and personal and professional task management for the Founder, so that his time stays focused on high-priority business decisions.
This role includes structured on-the-job training in digital marketing. Over 12–18 months, the Executive Assistant will be trained in Meta advertising, marketing funnels, copywriting, WhatsApp marketing, CRM tools, and AI-based content workflows, with a defined growth path into a marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on all pending tasks, commitments, and approvals across the company, and report status to the Founder daily
- Manage the Founder's calendar: meetings, webinar schedules, sales team check-ins, and vendor calls
- Maintain the Founder's task lists (professional and personal) in one system and prepare a daily summary of completed, pending, and decision-required items
- Record action items from meetings and calls, and assign them with deadlines and owners
- Coordinate between sales counselors, campus staff, freelancers, and agencies to confirm task completion
- Draft business communication: WhatsApp messages, emails, meeting notes, and task briefs
- Assist the marketing team with ad campaigns, landing pages, email and WhatsApp sequences, and AI content workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
- Comfortable learning new software tools independently; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
- Interest in marketing and business operations
- Willing to work full-time, on-site in Delhi
