Role & responsibilities
Drink Preparation & Service:
· Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
· Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
· Maintaining drink quality and presentation consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards.
Customer Engagement:
· Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
· Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Safety & Compliance:
· Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
· Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
Bar Maintenance:
· Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.
· Keep the bar area clean and hygienic.
Team Leadership:
· Assist in planning and executing special events, private parties, and promotions.
· Supervise and train junior bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Preferred candidate profile
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
· Physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
