We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can think creatively, execute brilliantly, and help build strong digital brands — both for The Wise Blend and our clients.
Role Overview
This role goes beyond posting content.
You will be responsible for ideating, creating, and executing high-quality content across platforms while ensuring everything we produce looks polished, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.
You should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and an understanding of what works on social media. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies and monthly social media calendars
- Ideate engaging content formats, campaigns, and reels for both internal and client brands
- Create and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design visually appealing posts, carousels, presentations, and marketing collaterals
- Plan and execute simple shoots using phones and available resources
- Work closely with founders and clients to bring ideas to life
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand communication
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members when required
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and trends
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and creative best practices
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Excellent video editing skills
- Strong graphic design and aesthetic sense
- Ability to independently ideate and execute content
- Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
- Ability to create visually appealing decks and marketing assets
- Excellent communication skills
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Mumbai — this is an on-site role
Good to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing
- Motion graphics and After Effects knowledge
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Photography or videography experience
