About the Role
Univi India Softtech Pvt Ltd is an HR and staffing providing end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and manpower solutions to clients across BPO, ITES, retail, and other sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our talent acquisition team and support bulk hiring drives for our client companies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, references, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk/non-IT roles (BPO, retail, delivery, customer support, etc.)
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers (MIS/Excel)
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for repeat hiring needs
- Coordinate with client HR teams to understand job requirements and hiring timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Kannada)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
- Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Freshers with internship experience in HR/recruitment will be preferred

Salary/CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + PF & ESI
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
