Post : Executive - Quality Control and Testing
Job Summary: The Quality and Testing Executive will be responsible for enforcing quality checks, testing protocols, and compliance standards at every stage of production and testing. The role ensures that all products meet defined quality, performance, and regulatory requirements before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality control processes across production and testing stages.
- Supervise product testing as per defined protocols and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products and assemblies.
- Maintain testing records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train and guide technicians and operators on quality procedures and testing methods.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and service teams for quality improvements.
- Ensure calibration and proper use of testing and measuring equipment.
- Support audits and customer inspections as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, testing, or inspection in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality systems, SOPs, and inspection methods.
- Understanding of refrigeration/cooling systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to supervise shop-floor quality activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer skills like MS office, email communications, etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
