About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals
- LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Employee referral programs
- Other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Assist with offer rollouts, document collection, and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring MIS data.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
- Recruitment
- Talent Acquisition
- Human Resources
- Relevant internships or similar domains
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with:
- Job portals
- LinkedIn Recruiter/search tools
- MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition function.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
