Job Summary
Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in Perinthalmanna and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, building partnerships with educational institutions, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and student admissions.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, and educational partners.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for successful campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA is an added advantage).
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the EdTech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Perinthalmanna and nearby areas.
