Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and client-focused Wellness Coach to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. The Wellness Coach will guide individuals through personalized wellness programs, encourage healthy lifestyle changes, and provide continuous motivation while working closely with the clinical team to enhance overall client well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial wellness consultations and understand clients' health goals.
- Guide clients on healthy lifestyle practices, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing motivation and support.
- Educate clients on therapeutic wellness programs and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality client care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in promoting wellness programs, workshops, and health awareness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Health Sciences, Nursing, Wellness, or a related field.
- Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and motivational abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM systems).
Preferred Experience:
- experience in wellness coaching, healthcare, therapeutic clinics, fitness, physiotherapy, nutrition, or counseling.
- Experience in client handling or patient coordination is an added advantage.
