Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Community Outreach & Admissions Officer to lead outreach, branding, and student enrollment efforts at TUMO Mumbai.
In this role, you will be responsible for building awareness, driving registrations, managing campaigns, and strengthening partnerships with schools, communities, and organizations. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent communication of TUMO’s mission and increasing student engagement.
This is an onsite role ideal for individuals with experience in marketing, outreach, or program promotion, especially in education or social impact sectors.
Key Responsibilitie
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive student registrations and awareness.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content.
- Coordinate outreach with schools, NGOs, and community partners.
- Organize events, info sessions, and center tours to attract students and parents
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, learning, admin) for aligned messaging
- Support lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries to enrollments
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or communications (education sector preferred)
- Familiarity with social media tools, content creation, and basic analytics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
- Creative thinking with a structured, execution-focused approach
- Comfortable engaging with students, parents, and external stakeholders
- Based in Wadala
