CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Salary will be offered based on experience and skills.)
About the Role
Greenpill Renewable Energy Limited is looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Executive cum Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle while supporting HR operations and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
- Coordinate with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Complete all pre-onboarding formalities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Conduct induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Freshers with HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of the recruitment process, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

- Must be from Gujarat.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
