Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MacBook Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple MacBook devices. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting hardware and software issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Apple MacBook hardware issues.
- Replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, charging ports, speakers, and trackpads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve macOS software-related issues.
- Install, upgrade, and configure macOS and required software.
- Perform data backup, recovery, and migration when required.
- Conduct quality checks and testing after repairs.
- Maintain repair records and update service status.
- Communicate repair status and estimated timelines to customers.
- Keep the work area clean and ensure proper handling of devices and tools.
Required Skills
- Experience in repairing Apple MacBooks is preferred.
- Good understanding of MacBook hardware architecture and macOS.
- Ability to diagnose motherboard and component-level issues is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data recovery and system installation.
- Basic understanding of ESD safety and repair best practices.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in MacBook or laptop repair.
- Experience with motherboard-level troubleshooting and soldering is a plus.
- Familiarity with Apple devices, tools, and diagnostic software.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
