Core Responsibilities.
* Site Visits & Tours: Coordinating and conducting on-site property walkthroughs with prospective buyers or tenants.
* Property Sourcing: Sourcing raw land parcels, residential flats, or commercial listings across different sectors of Raipur.
* Customer Management: Maintaining client-landlord task lists via platforms like WhatsApp and tracking progress between pre-possession and post-possession stages.
* Market Guidance: Advising clients on real-time market trends, local pricing, and localized property features.
Mandatory Candidate Filters:
* Must possess an active 2-wheeler driving licence and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
* Strong communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
