We are looking for a motivated Bench Sales Executive to join our team and help market our bench consultants to vendors and implementation partners.

Job Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients across the US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for available consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and placement details.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
- Follow up with vendors regarding interview feedback and placement status.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skills and project requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendor contacts.
- Meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the US staffing industry and Bench Sales process is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of Bench Sales or US IT Staffing experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in the US night shift are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
