We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development / Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting local businesses, explaining our services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting them into paying clients.
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops, offices, companies, institutions and other local businesses.
- Identify potential customers who may need our services.
- Introduce and explain our company's services and packages.
- Generate new business leads through field visits.
- Contact prospects through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Follow up regularly with leads.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain daily records of leads, visits, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and sales team.
- Coordinate with the development/marketing team after a client is confirmed.
- Collect basic client requirements and pass them to the relevant team.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead and revenue targets.
Daily Work
Morning – Office
- Attend team meeting.
- Receive assigned leads/areas.
- Understand offers and packages.
- Plan field visits.
Daytime – Field
- Visit potential customers.
- Introduce services.
- Generate enquiries.
- Collect contact details.
- Schedule meetings.
Evening – Office
- Update lead status.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Report field activities.
- Plan the next day's visits.
Performance Targets
Initial target for a fresher:
- 30–50 business contacts/visits per day
- Generate qualified enquiries regularly.
- Build a strong local prospect database.
- ₹30,000–₹50,000 monthly revenue target initially
Targets may be increased based on performance.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
Additional:
- Travel allowance as per company policy.
- Performance-based incentives for successful conversions.
- Additional incentives for achieving monthly targets.
Higher performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
Requirements
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic Tamil and English communication preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and customers.
- Willing to travel locally for business visits.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with monthly targets.
- Two-wheeler/license is an advantage but not mandatory.
