Job Summary
Convertex India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide periodic business performance reports.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company.
- Drive customer retention and long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Packaging, Printing, Labels, Manufacturing, FMCG, Industrial Products, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
