Role Overview:
We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Video Editors who can edit both short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos with engaging hooks, captions, and fast-paced cuts
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong storytelling and retention
- Add subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Maintain brand style, tone, and consistency
- Collaborate with the content team
- Deliver projects on time
Requirements:
- Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred (Bonus):
- Experience in finance or educational content
- Understanding of YouTube retention strategies
- Knowledge of hooks and audience psychology
