We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor (Mechanical Engineer) to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our production facility at Peenya, Bengaluru. The candidate should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, 0–2 years of experience, and the ability to communicate in Kannada for effective coordination with shop-floor employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and guide shop-floor operators and technicians.
- Resolve production-related issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production documentation.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
